Do you ever feel like life is just a series of dead-end roads?
You keep taking different turns only to run into another sign that says, “Dead End” or “No Outlet,” right?
It starts to feel like every new opportunity is just a trick and each new road will only lead to nowhere.
So how do you keep going when you’re unsure of your next destination? And how do you navigate winding roads?
… in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:6 (NIV)
When we submit to God, our winding roads are made straight and the dead ends are no more. Because when we see an earthly dead end, it’s God’s provision in the heavenlies protecting or preparing us for something we cannot see.
For every turn we can’t see past, God has already mapped out the entire journey from a bird’s eye view.
And He has given us a tool to light up the way so we can better see where we’re going.
Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path. Psalm 119:105 (NIV)
Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, ‘This is the way; walk in it.’ Isaiah 30:21 (NIV)
