A Letter to Everyone: You Matter

Hey, I just want to remind you in case you’ve forgotten that you REALLY do matter. Your life is worth something. “You are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God's special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.” 1 Peter 2:9 You’re not chosen because you have 20,000 followers. You’re not royal because you’re a millionaire. You’re not God’s special possession because you have perfect skin. You aren’t called into His wonderful light because you wear the cutest clothes. The things of this world do not call you up and set you apart — God’s Word does. You don’t have to be royal by the world’s standards to get in on this royal priesthood.
